We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with FlagRight Membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team through the app.

You can also cancel your membership at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period — no partial-period charges.

The 14-day free trial is never charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
